About EYRS Training
After Running an Employment Agency for many Years specialising in Recruitment, our relationships with Nurseries grew.
It became more noticeable when funding stopped for free training, nurseries had to source there own to expand staff’s knowledge.
I teamed up with the Lovely Julie Firth to build a 360 package we can offer to Nurseries, from Recruitment, Retention, HR and now Training and Consultancy
We noticed that a lot of Training Companies were charging Nurseries extortionate fees to help them, So we set up a company that provides Quality, Knowledgeable assistance to Nurseries at affordable prices. For us building relationships and working with Nurseries is the most important part of our business
